DNA Lab Facility, with its Sequencing and Nucleic Acid Synthesis units, provides multiple tools for "reading" these messages using automated DNA sequencing using the Sanger method, as well as "writing" new ones using oligonucleotide synthesis.

SERVICES
Standard Sequencing in Tubes (Plasmids and PCR)
-Premix Tube: a mix of DNA and custom primers under appropriate conditions is contained in the tube.
-Tube: only the DNA that will be purified and sequenced with the Facility's standard primers is contained in the tube.
Standard Sequencing in Plates (Plasmids and PCR)
-Premix Plate: in each well of the plate, organized by column, is a mix of DNA and custom primers under appropriate conditions.
-Plate: in each well of the plate, organized by column, is only the DNA that will be purified and sequenced with the Facility's standard primers.
OLIGONUCLEOTIDE SYNTHESIS
Synthesis of crude and desalted DNA 40 nmol-200 nmol-1 μmol-10 μmol synthesis scales.
