SERVICES
Users can take advantage of a sample preparation service for super-resolution and the optimization of bespoke immunofluorescence protocols for specific primary antibodies. The ALM Facility provides kits for visualizing mitochondria and lysosomes in living cells for studying cell proliferation and cell death. The facility also offers a variety of fluorescent secondary antibodies and different types of innovative plates for confocal microscopy. The ALM Facility also organizes training courses and seminars for internal users, teaching them how to use the available equipment and updating them on new methodologies in the field of microscopy.
